摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically download an electronic catalog stored in an online storage to an online storage area allocated to a user and manage the electronic catalog, through easy operation via a smart device.SOLUTION: An online storage service provider saves an electronic catalog stored in a distributor's online storage, in a requesting receiver's online storage area so that the receiver can view the electronic catalog. In one embodiment, the receiver's information terminal is a smart device, and a dedicated catalog receiving and viewing application runs on the smart device. When an electronic catalog is updated, according to settings, a copy owned by a receiver that has been previously distributed is automatically updated, an updated version is saved in the receiver's storage area in which to save the data, as a different file, difference information between the old and updated versions is saved together with the old electronic catalog and/or it is notified to the receiver.
