SOLUTION: The system comprises a monitor 2 having a transceiver 2b having a transmitting/receiving range in a specific area 4, a portable apparatus 10 for transmitting identification information with communication radio waves 3 at specified intervals to the monitor 2, a PC terminal 6 connected to the monitor 2 over a LAN 5, and a portable terminal 7 connected to the PC terminal 6 with communication radio waves 8. The monitor 2 receives the identification information from the portable apparatus 10, and transmits warning information to the portable apparatus 10 and also to the PC terminal 6 via the LAN 5, if deciding the identification information to be specific identification information.     • PURPOSE:To eliminate regulation for each unit of sensor, and deal with sensors of different specifications with a common hardware by providing an amplifica tion factor regulation circuit and an offset regulation circuit. CONSTITUTION:An atmospheric pressure PI is applied to an atmospheric pressure sensor 1, and an offset regulation signal S0 to input 7a/output 7b an offset reduction pattern of offset regulation data Do0 is reduced. Offset voltage value at an amplification circuit 3 is then reduced. Next, an, atmospheric pressure P2 is applied to the sensor 1, and amplification factor regulation signal Sg to input 8a/output 8b amplification factor increasing pattern of amplification factor regulation data Dg is increased. An amplification factor at the circuit 3 is then increased. By providing an offset regulation circuit 7 and an amplification factor regulation circuit 8, regulation by the unit of sensor is not required even for a sensor of which sensitivity and offset irregularity is large, so sensor completion yield is improved. Even in the case where sensors of different specifications are used, common hardware can be applied, thereby regulation processes can be simplified, with the cost reduced.

Thus, a sensor characteristic is determined to display a sensor information signal Dj on a display device 6 as air pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To measure a walk distance easily and accurately by calculating the walk distance through the intermediary of a counter which is controlled to start and end counting in synchronization with the transmission and reflection of an ultrasonic wave by a main body and a reflector put on the leg respectively. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave is transmitted from an ultrasonic speaker- microphone 2 of a main body 1 put on one foot and is reflected by a reflector plate put on the other foot, and a received reflection wave signal is detected by a reflection wave detecting circuit 25. The start and the end of counting by a distance counter 33 are controlled through the intermediary of FF 31 which operates synchronously with and responsively to the detection signal of the reflection wave of the transmitted ultrasonic wave. Then the maximum value is determined as a pace distance of one step by a scaled-up data judging circuit 40 from the count value of the counter 33 which increases and decreases gradually. It is integrated by an integration circuit 50 provided with an addition circuit 51 and others, and a walk distance is measured therefrom. By these devices, the walk distance is measured easily and accurately only with the process to put them on ankles or shoes.
