摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide general consumers with an inexpensive finger ring manufactured by a method of manufacture permitting volume production.
SOLUTION: The finger ring 1 is manufactured by uniting an inner ring 20 with a ring-shaped outer ring 10. The method of manufacture comprises a first process for molding one end of an outer ring blank 11 in the cross direction in a prescribed shape with a first die 4 and a first punch 3 having prescribed shapes to form a first side wall 13; a second process for engaging the inner ring 20 with the inner diameter of the molded outer ring body 12 and the first side wall 13; and a third process for molding the other end of the outer ring body 12 in the cross direction along the inner ring 20 by using a second die 6 and a second punch 5 having prescribed shapes to form a second side wall 14. The method of manufacture further comprises a fourth process for deforming the outer and inner rings along the outer surface after the third process.
