摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable sheet material cutting device which has high durability of a cutting edge part, and forms a satisfactory part left uncut when cutting a sheet material partially. SOLUTION: This sheet material cutting device has: a fixed cutting edge 10; and a movable cutting edge 20 having a cutting edge part end face 21 crossing a surface orthogonally, and the movable cutting edge 20 comes into slide-contact with the fixed cutting edge 10 to cut recording paper. A cut-out channel 25 for forming the part left uncut on the recording paper is formed in the cutting edge part of the movable cutting edge 20. A slope 27 or a curved face is formed in a corner part being an intersection of each face including a surface 26 on a side where the movable cutting edge 20 does not oppose to the fixed cutting edge 10, the end face 21 of the cutting edge part of the movable cutting edge 20, and an inner peripheral face 25a of the cut-out channel 25.
