    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for a plastic base material capable of forming a composite coating film having satisfactory adhesive property between the plastic base material and a cured protective film, and to provide the composite coating film formed from the same.
      SOLUTION: The coating composition for the plastic base material having coating film forming components is provided, wherein the coating film forming components contain: an active energy ray curable compound (A) containing a urethane (meth)acrylate; and a silane coupling agent (B) having one substituent selected from the group consisting of an isocyanate group, an epoxy group and a (meth)acryloyl group. In 100 mass% coating film forming component, 25 to 97 mass% urethane (meth)acrylate and 3 to 20 mass% silane coupling agent (B) are contained.
