摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-material positioning apparatus which enables a heavy pile material etc. to be positioned in a place where an overhead clearance is restricted.
SOLUTION: This pile-material positioning apparatus 1 has a body part 4 which is composed of a horizontal member 2 and a supporting member 3 provided on the horizontal member 2. The body part 4 is fitted with a cylinder 5 for ascent/descent and an ascending/descending member 7. The cylinder 5 is made vertically telescopic. The member 7 is coupled to a piston rod 6 of the cylinder 5, so as to ascend/descend depending on the telescoping of the cylinder 5. A chain 10 is wound around the member 7. One end of the chain 10 is fixed to the body part 4, and the pile material 13 is attached to the other end thereof via a hoisting attachment 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a time required for discharging earth and sand so as to attempt power saving and reduction of a cycle time by engaging the engage member of a caisson bucket with the receiving member of an earth and sand receiving hopper so as to force the caisson bucket to fall down automatically. CONSTITUTION:A caisson bucket 20 is lifted up by winding its wire until a engaging member 34 comprising a metallic disc attached to the bottom of the caisson bucket 20 via a connecting member 32 such as chains, reaches a position slightly below a metallic disc receiver 36 acting as a receiving member in a pi-character shape and attached to an earth and sand hopper 30 by means of a gate-type crane via a wire rope 22. And the gate-type crane is moved horizontally so as to move the caisson bucket horizontally and after the engaging member 34 is engaged with the receiver 36, the wire rope 22 is released downward from its winding so that both the caisson bucket 20 and its connecting member 32 are swung around the engagement position 44 to be inclined and forced to fall down so that the earth and sand may be discharged through an opening 46 into the earth and sand hopper 30.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of separators and to improve the execution efficiency by reinforcing a formwork face plate by a truss member unit having large rigidity, installing the formwork on a truck, and freely adjusting the position of the face plate through a jack. Subsequently, the apparatus A-E are disposed on rails 16 laid on the batholith of a concrete structure, and face plates 23 are positioned on both sides of a previously assembled wall reinforcement. The face plates 23 are made close to the wall reinforcement by a jack 20 to be opposite to each other in designated positions. Further, the formworks 21 are connected to each other by a separator to place concrete, harden and cure the same, and then the face plates 23 are drawn by the jack 20 to be separated from the formwork. Thus, as the face plates are reinforced by a truss, the number of separators can be remarkably reduced, the cost and the term of works can be saved, and the safety can be improved.
