    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile attachment/detachment structure which enables a pile and a casing to be automatically, easily and surely attached to/detached from each other.
      SOLUTION: The pile attachment/detachment structure comprises the casing 20 which is set in an excavator 16, and the pile 23 which is detachably attached to a lower end of the casing 20 and the lower end of which has a bit 24. A locking protrusion 25 is formed in either of the pile 23 and the casing 20, and a hook-shaped locking groove 26 composed of vertical and horizontal grooves 26a and 26b is formed in the other one of them. The pile 23 is fixed to the casing 20 in the state of locking the locking protrusion 25 to the horizontal groove 26b, and separated from the casing 20 in the state of moving the locking protrusion 25 to the vertical groove 26a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile construction method which brings about the effective utilization of a material by enabling the recycling of a drilling tube with a drill bit.
      SOLUTION: A drilling member 21 fitted with the bit 21c is detachably attached to a lower end of a pipelike casing 20; the casing 20 is built in an excavator 16, and lowered while being rotated; a ring ditch 22 is formed in ground; after that, the casing 20 and the drilling tube 21 are pulled up by a crane 14; the drilling tube 21 is detached from the casing 20; subsequently; a main pile 23 is attached to a lower end of the casing 20; the excavator 16 makes the casing 20 lowered while being rotated; and the casing 20 is separated from the main pile 23 after the insertion of the main pile 23 into the ring ditch 22, and pulled up by the crane 14 in such a manner as to leave the main pile 23 behind.

The caisson foundation structure 2 includes: a plurality of steel pipe piles 21 driven in the bottom of the sea; caisson foundation units forming a predetermined space up to the bottom of the sea and suitable for the steel pipe piles 21; and a foundation concrete placed in the internal spaces of the caisson foundation units 20 to fix the caisson foundation structure 2. The caisson foundation unit 20 includes a caisson frame 22 formed of metal material and a tabular foundation form 28 provided on the side of the caisson frame 22, and the units are assembled on land.
