    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive block for preventing the intrusion of a foreign enemy, which can be hardly demounted though it can be easily installed and which enables measures to be taken to prevent the intrusion of the foreign enemy in accordance with the construction of a fence, and the fence for preventing the intrusion of the foreign enemy.
      SOLUTION: This fence 1 for preventing the intrusion of the foreign enemy comprises a downside block fence 5 which is constructed of a plurality of blocks 3, and only one upside block fence 7 which is installed on the downside block fence 5. The downside block fence 5 is constructed by horizontally and continuously providing a plurality of general rectangular column-shaped cement blocks 3 and vertically heaping them up. The upside block fence 7 is constructed of the plurality of horizontally and continuously provided blocks 9 for preventing the intrusion of the foreign enemy. In the block 9, a deformable body 9b is provided on the top surface of a block portion 9a which is composed of cement. When the deformable body 9b is deformed by the action of a load on the deformable body 9b, a sound for preventing the intrusion of the foreign enemy is generated.
