摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance cost distribution system capable of properly finding maintenance cost to a plurality of plants and distributing it. SOLUTION: This maintenance cost distribution system has: a means obtaining relation between the maintenance cost and a maintenance ratio in each the plant; and a maintenance cost derivation means deriving the maintenance cost of a failure rate of a state that hindrance is not imparted as operation of the whole of the plurality of plants, to each the plant within a range of the maintenance cost of the whole. The maintenance ratio to a ratio of the maintenance cost, i.e., frequency of execution of maintenance is obtained in each the plant, the relation between the maintenance cost and the frequency of the execution of the maintenance is predicted, and the maintenance cost of each the plant of the state that the hindrance is not imparted as the operation of the whole of the plants is derived within the maintenance cost of the whole. SOLUTION: In a method for replacing a stationary blade for a plurality of gas turbines provided with a stationary blade of which service life can be extended by a heat treatment, a new stationary blade is removed and the heat treatment is started when the blade approaches an end of a life thereof, other stationary blade of which heat treatment has been completed is attached instead of the removed stationary blade, the stationary blade is removed and other new stationary blade is attached when the stationary blade of which heat treatment has been completed approaches an end of an extended life, and timing of next stationary blade replacement is established after timing of completion of the heat treatment.
