    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and accurately perform quantitative evaluation on the basis of a separation hyperplane which separates occurrence and non-occurrence of disasters based on only factor data related to primary causes that a target object potentially has, which is extracted from soundness deterioration factor data, or implementation and non-implementation of repairs when evaluation is performed for disaster dangerous places, disaster occurrence risk for the target object, such as a civil engineering structure, and the necessity for repair works. SOLUTION: A hazard evaluation system has an input part 1, a calculation part 2, storage parts 8, 11, 13, 17 and 20, and an output part 6. The hazard evaluation system calculates disaster occurrence risk for a target object and the necessity for repair works based on the factor data related to primary causes that the target object potentially has among the factor data 16 of the soundness deterioration factor data, in disaster dangerous places and civil engineering structures, and a separation hyperplane that separates occurrence and non-occurrence of disasters or implementation and non-implementation of repair works which are acquired from the factor data related to the primary causes.
