    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion inhibitor composition, which develops a corrosion inhibiting effect on a ferrous metal, does not adversely influence a vaporizing corrosion inhibiting effect of a nonferrous metal such as copper, and is suitable for producing a resin molded product by compounding with a thermoplastic resin.
      SOLUTION: The corrosion inhibitor composition contains, as a component (A), at least one selected from a group consisting of salts of a 2C-8C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a 6C-14C alkylamine, salts of a 2C-8C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a 6C-14C cycloalkylamine, and salts of a 7C-12C aromatic monocarboxylic acid and a 6C-14C alkylamine. The corrosion inhibitor composition may further contain, as a component (B), a salt of a 10C-14C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an alkali metal, and further may contain, as a component (C), at least one selected from a group consisting of triazole compounds, pyrazolone compounds, and imidazole compounds.

      SOLUTION: An external releasing agent having a high releasing effect is applied thinly and uniformly on the inner surface of a mold, a releasing coating film of a water soluble polymer is formed on the releasing agent, and molding is carried out. An excellent releasing property is kept even after repeated molding. The releasing agent which provide a molded object having stable surface quality without deteriorating the dimensional precision of the mold and the method for manufacturing the molded object are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rustproof multilayer film which is obtained by using a volatile rustproof agent-kneaded film and used for rustproofing a metal product and the rustproof effect of which can be kept for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The rustproof multilayer film has a PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride)-coated O-NY (biaxially-oriented nylon) film, which is obtained by coating an O-NY film with PVDC, and the volatile rustproof agent-kneaded rustproof film. The rustproof film is layered on the PVDC-coated surface of the PVDC-coated O-NY film by a dry lamination method. The rustproof film is obtained by kneading a rustproof agent in a LDPE resin or a LLDPE resin and subjecting the obtained kneaded material to an inflation molding method. The adhesive to be used in the dry lamination method is a two-component curable adhesive comprising a polyether-based main agent and an isocyanate-based curing agent.
