    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COrecovery system and a COrecovery method for exhausting oxygen reliably from a rich solution and preventing any re-entrainment of bubbles.SOLUTION: A COrecovery system comprises: a COabsorption column 13 including a COabsorption portion 13A for removing COby bringing a containing exhaust gas 11A containing COinto contact with a COabsorbent liquid 12 being a basic amine compound absorbent, to remove CO, and a rinsing portion 21 for bringing a decarboxylated exhaust gas 11B, from which COhas been removed in the absorption portion 13A, into contact with rinsing water 20, to remove an accompanying substance accompanying the decarboxylated gas 11B; and an absorbent regenerating tower 14 for regenerating a COabsorption liquid (rich solution 12A) having absorbed CO. A lean solution 12B having COremoved in the absorbent regenerating tower 14 is reused in the COabsorption column 13. Further comprised is a degasification tank 80 disposed in a rich solution supply line Lfor feeding the rich solution from the COabsorption column 13 to the absorbent regenerating tower 14, and having a stagnation part 82 for eliminating the oxygen in the rich solution 12A.
