    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small stationary terminal capable of being easily stored in a predetermined installation space and capable of using inexpensive means for efficiently performing uninterruptable instrument replacing work and transmission stopping/releasing work without a fear of erroneous connection of distribution lines.
      SOLUTION: The stationary terminal 1 includes a rod-shaped crimp-type terminal 2 or compression terminal to be connected to distribution lines and instruments. The distribution lines 1S, 2S, 3S, 3L, 2L, 1L are prevented from coming off a case 4 of the stationary terminal 1 by come-off preventing members 7a, 7b. The come-off preventing members 7b for the distribution lines 3L, 1L to be mounted/demounted during transmission stop/release are integrated with each other. The stationary terminal 1 further includes an internal cover 5, so that the distribution lines 3L, 1L to be mounted/demounted during transmission stop/release can be mounted/demounted in the state of fixing the other distribution lines 1S, 2S, 3S, 2L to the case 4. The crimp part 2a of the rod-shaped crimp-type terminal 2 or the compression part of the rod-shaped compression terminal has a contact portion with a short-circuit device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a power of an electric equipment responsive to a power consumption by transmitting power consumption information obtained by utilizing a measuring function of an electric energy to an equipment to be power controlled with an AC power line as a transmission line. SOLUTION: This watthour meter 1 is connected to a low voltage distribution line 2 (AC power line) and an equipment to be power controlled such as, for example, indoor wirings 3 for connecting to an air conditioner 4 through a distribution line and indoor wirings connecting terminals 5, 6. An electric energy measured by watthour measurement part 8 of the conditioner 4 is displayed on a display unit 9, and an information processor 10 calculates power consumption information how degree of a rate the power is consumed with respect to a set reference electric energy. A distribution line carrier signal modulated by the power consumption information is injected in the line 2 by a transceiver 11, and transmitted to the conditioner 4, and receives a response signal (distribution line carrier signal) from the conditioner 4. This response signal is processed by the processor 10, thereby controlling a contained switch 12 for opening/ closing the wirings 3.
