摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater which includes a secondary battery, and operates using electric power stored in the secondary battery in a power failure.SOLUTION: In the water heater 10, a burner 11, a heat exchanger 12 which heats supplied water to a predetermined temperature with heat of a burner 11, and a plurality of electric apparatuses which operates by electric power supply from the commercial power supply 13 are put in one housing 14, and a commercial power supply 13 is normally used as an electric power supply source. In the housing 14, there is provided: a secondary battery 29 which is charged by electric power supply from the commercial power supply 13; and an inverter 31 which operates by electric power supply from the secondary battery 29. When a power failure occurs, DC electric power output from the secondary battery 29 is converted by the inverter 31 into AC electric power, which is supplied to some or all of the plurality of electric apparatuses for operation.
