摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately and simply detecting a trichophyton bacteria in nail tinea and identifying a type thereof, and to provide a primer set and a kit used in the method.SOLUTION: By using a set of a primer including a specific base sequence which is specific to a trichophyton bacterium, and a primer of other specific base sequence, a trichophyton bacterium is detected accurately and simply without detecting a fungus other than a trichophyton bacterium which is reported to be detected from a nail, and by cutting off a gene fragment amplified by using the primer set of the specific sequence, by a specific restriction enzyme, whether the trichophyton bacterium is T.rubrum or T.mentagrophytes is identified and thus identifying a type of the trichophyton bacterium.
