摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad crossing monitoring device capable of being easily installed, and preventing mischief of railroad crossing operation apparatus.
SOLUTION: An image processing portion 109 takes in an image from an image pick-up portion 107, and stores that in an image memory portion 110. When an emergency button 102 is pushed down, an emergency signal is outputted to a signal processing portion 106, and the signal processing portion 106 transmits the emergency signal to a signal delaying portion 108. When the delay time has passed, the signal delaying portion 108 sends the emergency signal to the image processing portion 109 and a radio communicating portion 111. The image processing portion 109 stops taking-in of the image from the image pick-up portion 107, reads out the image stored in the image memory portion 110, and sends out that to the radio communicating portion 111. The radio communicating portion 111 is started by the emergency signal to send the image to an external server through a cellular 112 and send a mail informing that the emergency button 102 is pushed to an external cellular device.
