摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with a rising guide member as well as to make a conveyed work stably feedable without entainling any damage, by conveying the conveyed work in a way of pressing a brush surface of a brush belt, operating its circulation, to both sides of the conveyed work. CONSTITUTION:Each convetor frame 1 is solidly installed at both sides of a conveyor base 3 on a frame 10, while each roller train 2 is installed at an inner side of a conveyor frame 1. And each roller train 2 is constituted of installing a lot of rollers 5 pivotally in each roller receiver 4 solidly installed in the conveyor base 3. In addition, each endless-form brush belt, which is formed in brush form in planting a lot of wire rods upright toward the same direction, is circulably set up face-to-face at the inner side of the conveyor frame 1, and the brush surface is forcibly pressed to a conveyed work 6. With this contitution the conveyed work 6 is held in between by brush belts 7 at both sides and driven, making it travel on the roller train 2. At this time, when the conveyed work 6 receives some resistance, the brush belt 7 frictionally runs past, avoiding a forcible conveyance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the holding force of a conveyed work by means of a brush surface as well as to prevent the brush surface from being damaged, by uniformizing directabilities in each of innumerable brush wire rods planted upright in a belt body, while tilting the direction nearly at a right angle with a surface of the belt body. CONSTITUTION:Innumerable brush wire rods 20 are planted upright on a surface in a belt body 1 shaped in a sectional rectangle, for example, at the side of its short side. In this case, directability in each of innumerable wire rods 2 is uniformized, while the direction is not set to a right angle with the surface of the belt body 1 but set to a nearly rectangular direction or slightly tilted, and they are planted upright. With this constitution, the elastic holding of a conveyed work by means of a brush surface takes place so effectively and, what is more, any damage to these brush wire rods 2 is lessened and such a brush belt as being usable irrespective of a secular change is secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy and stability in stopping position of a pallet by arranging the line of rollers which is movable up and down, inside of the conveyor frame to support the pallet so that a projection on the frame can be engaged with a concave on the pallet when the rollers are lowered by means of the clamp of the pallet. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet 3 transferred by brush belts 4 comes onto the line of movable rollers 2b, it is stopped by a stopper not shown. Then the pallet 3 is pressed down and clamped by a clamping device 13, simultaneously the line of movable rollers 2b is lowered down engaging a concave 15 on the lower surface of the pallet 3 with a projection 14 on the frame 6, fixing the pallet 3. If the clamping device 13 is released, the line of movable rollers 2b goes upward by the aid of an elastic part 12 allowing the pallet 3 to be transferred. This configuration is capable of not only making the pallet light and easy to handle but also allowing the pallet stop action to be accurate and stable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of pallet accessories required, so as to make a pallet light and easy to handle, thus increasing the number of the pallet to be used by constructing a device in such a manner that the pallet driven by brush belts is supported at its bottom face by both a line of stationary rollers and a line of rollers which is movable up and down. CONSTITUTION:Driving brush belts 4 circularly with a pallet 3 placed on the line of rollers 2b allows the pallet 3 to be transferred by means of a pair of brush belts 4. When the pallet 3 comes onto movable rollers 2b while being transferred, it is stopped by a stopper not shown. Then the movable rollers 2b are lowered down as the pallet 3 is lowered down by a clamping device 13. And a positioning projection 14 couples with a concave 15 and is fixed as the lower surface of the pallet 3 is pressed down coming contact with the upper surface 6' of parallel walls 6. The pallet can start to be transferred provided that the clamping device 13 is released. This configuration is capable of simplifying the pallet in making it light and easy to handle.
