A control unit 17 turns the power supply of a display unit 18, a speaker 19, a mike 20, etc. other than positioning function and a communication function that transmits a positioning result. In this state, a positioning unit 13 acquires position information as to the communication terminal 1. A radio communication unit 12 transmits positioning information as to the positioned communication terminal 1 to a prescribed monitoring server which controls positioning information on the communication terminal 1.
