      SOLUTION: In order to detect each rotation position of the second hand wheel 20, a minute hand wheel 25 and an hour hand wheel 27, by detecting each of first to third light transmission hole parts 21, 28, 29 provided on the second hand wheel 20, the minute hand wheel 25 and the hour hand wheel 27 by a detection part 13, respectively, the first light transmission hole part 21 of the second hand wheel 20 includes each of first and second shielding parts 21c, 21d formed with each different length between a first long hole 21a and a second long hole 21b. Consequently, the rotation position of the second hand wheel can be specified easily only by counting an undetected state of the detection part 13 to the first shielding part 21c.
