    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a region for effectively utilizing external light reflection and a region for prioritizing a self light emitting display function of an organic EL element and to make both regions operate at the same time according to circumstances.
      SOLUTION: In a part of an outer surface of a glass substrate SUB1 of an organic EL panel PNL in which the glass substrate SUB1 which is a main substrate and SUB2 which is a sealing cap as two transparent insulating substrates, are stuck together, a high quality display region R1 is formed by sticking a circular polarizer POL with adhesive and the other region where the circular polarizer POL does not exist is an additional display region R2 with a mirror function. In the high quality display region R1, external light reflection is prevented by the circular polarizer POL and contrast of a display image as the organic EL display is improved and high quality display is possible. On the other hand, the additional display region R2 with the mirror function is a state where the circular polarizer is removed, having a device structure for improving an external reflection rate and the whole region functions as the mirror (reflection mirror).

      SOLUTION: On the substrate SUB, an organic display device comprises a pixel electrode PX, an inorganic material layer provided with an opening wherein the pixel electrode is exposing, an organic material layer formed on the inorganic material layer and a counter pixel electrode CT formed on the organic material layer. The inorganic material layer has an inclination less than 85 degrees on a side wall. The inorganic material layer has a structure wherein silicon nitride with different composition is stacked.
