The grip 70 is molded integrally with hinges 72a, 72b, 72c each having the thickness thinner than that of a base material of the grip. When a gripping part 70b of the grip is lifted up from the state that the grip is housed on the top surface of a frame 1a, the hinges are bent, the part 73 is moved between a pressing member 76 and the frame 1a and the part 70b is separated from the frame 1a so that the grip can be held.
