    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus which feeds a liquid to a liquid storage container, provided in a recording head with a liquid ejection port, by using a pit-in ink feed system, which can reduce an insertion/extraction load during ink feeding, which can be downsized, and which has stable performance and high reliability.
      SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording apparatus, (1) the lengths of a plurality of ink feed needles provided in the recording head are made different from one another; (2) the height positions of rubber plug of integral-type main tank paired with the recording head are made different from one another, even if all the lengths of a plurality of ink feed needles provided in the recording head are equal to one another; and (3) similarly, the ink feed needles penetrate the rubber plug of the main tank by shifting the timing of the main tank paired with the recording head and separated from one another by color, even if all the lengths of the plurality of ink feed needles provided in the recording head are equal to one another.
