    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sound a buzzer without mixture of abnormal noise.SOLUTION: An inaudible frequency signal production unit 22 produces an inaudible frequency pulsating signal P0 which has an inaudible frequency, and an audible frequency signal production unit 26 produces an audible frequency pulsating signal P1 which has an audible frequency, using the inaudible frequency pulsating signal P0. A signal synthesis unit 28 produces a synthetic frequency pulsating signal P2 having the inaudible frequency pulsating signal P0 synthesized in an ON time of the audible frequency pulsating signal P1. A first duty ratio setting unit 30 sets a duty ratio Di of the inaudible frequency pulsating signal P0 which is synthesized in the synthetic frequency pulsating signal P2, so that the duty ratio gradually gets larger over an initial predetermined period of the synthetic frequency pulsating signal P2, and produces a buzzer driving signal P3. A buzzer drive unit 40 sounds a buzzer 60 at a pitch dependent on the frequency of the buzzer driving signal P3 and a volume dependent on the duty ratio of the buzzer driving signal P3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle, in which abnormal noise is hardly transmitted in a vehicle compartment, in opening/closing a cooling air door disposed to an intake port of a cold air bypass passage.
      SOLUTION: In the air conditioner for a vehicle, air sent from a fan 2 is cooled by an evaporator 3, part of the cold air passes through a main duct 5 to be heated by a heater part 8, other part of the air passes through the cold air bypass passage 27 to be guided to a ventilation blowout port 9 which is disposed in an instrument panel 16. The air conditioner has the cold air door 27a which is disposed to the intake port 27b of the cold air bypass passage 27 and whose opening can be gradually changed, and a cold door control means 22 controlling the opening/closing of the cold air door 27a depending on volume of the air sent from the fan 2.
