CONSTITUTION:An insulation spacer 11 is provided in which a plating layer 14 is formed on both the surfaces of a ceramic spacer 13 having a transparent hole 12 at the middle, a MoMn metallized layer 15 is formed on the plating layer 14, and silver solder 10 is formed on the metallized layer 15. The spacer 11 is fixed by interposing a washer 20 (20a and 20b) between the inner surfaces of first electrodes G1r, G1g, and G1b and a second electrode G2 by passing an axis body (bolt) 24, in which a large diameter head part 22 to which a driver inserting hole 21 is formed is provided on one end and a screw part 23 is threaded on the other end, through the electrodes G1r, G1g, and G1b, and electron beam transparent holes h1r, h2r and h1g, h2g and G1b, and h2b to which G2 faces, and by threadedly engaging a nut 25 with the screw part 23 on the tip of the axis body 24. Then heat-treatment is made within a vacuum or hydrogen furnace and soldering is conducted to be integrated in an integrally fixed condition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manufacturing method of an impregnated type cathode capable of suppressing emission of unnecessary electrons, particles produced from excessive electron emissive material or the like, capable of obtaining a stable electron emission characteristic, and capable of aiming lengthening of life. SOLUTION: A porous sintered body 11 of an integrated structure, comprising tungsten powder and including an electron emission region 11a on the surface, is manufacture, and then a laser beam LB is applied on a region other than the region to become the electron emission region 11a of the porous sintered body 11, to thereby melt the porous sintered body 11 partially. Hereby, holes of the sintered body are crushed in the region whereon the laser beam LB is applied, and a non-porous face 11b is formed on the surface of the porous sintered body 11. Besides, emissive material 1a is impregnated in the porous sintered body 11 to complete this impregnated type cathode 1. In this impregnated type cathode 1, emission of unnecessary electrons at the time of a cathode operation and evaporation of excessive particles of the emissive material 1a are suppressed, to thereby obtain a stable electron emission characteristic. Also, as a sufficient quantity of the emissive material 1a can be stored in the whole cathode, lengthening of life of the cathode can be aimed.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the machining and to machine a base board for an in- expensive watch by forming projecting parts and recessed parts on a blank, perforating and blanking an outer shape. CONSTITUTION:The blank (a base board for a watch) 2 of a steel with low hardness and a high elongation percentage is inserted in an opening part of a strip 1 or a short size steel utilized with the steel of high hardness and low elongation percentage and held therebetween. Then, the projecting parts 7a-7f or the recessed parts 3-6 are formed on the blank 2 by coining or forging in a continuous machining by making a pilot hole 1a of the strip 1 as a guide. The perforation of a round or a special shaped holes 7b, 8b, etc., is applied. An outer shape 11 is released from a blanking strip 1. In such a manner, in the coining, or the forging, the perforating and the outer shape finishing of the projection part and the recessing parts of the base plate of the watch, the deep recessing part or the fine pin, etc., can be precisely machined with only the deformation processing without eliminating the cutting process like the punching.
