    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation exerted on the whole housing in fixation by calking of a sleeve.
      SOLUTION: This bearing device has a shaft 2, a sleeve 3 having a radial bearing surface 3a for supporting at least a radial directional load of the shaft, and a housing 4 for holding the sleeve, and relatively rotatably supports the shaft 2 to the sleeve 3 and the housing 4. The housing 4 has an opening housing hole 8 on at least one end for housing the sleeve 3, and fixes and holds the sleeve 3 by deforming and calking at least a part of the housing in a position separate at a prescribed distance in the shaft direction from the opening one end. The deformation of the whole housing is prevented by performing the calking positioning of the housing inside of the end part not at the opening end of the housing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent extrusion of adhesive by vertically dividing a fitting surface of bearing members of a bearing holding member into two parts, and forming a space enclosed between each bearing holding member and a bearing member as a reserving part of the adhesive. SOLUTION: Adhesive 4 is coated in an annular groove 1a of a radial bearing 1 or in the vicinity of the annular groove 1a, and is softly pressed from an upper end surface 2b side into a center hole 2e of a disk hub A2. The adhesive 4 is extruded and remained to a corner where a recessed surface 2c and an outer peripheral surface are brought into contact with each other, and is not extruded to a lower end surface 1c side. When a center hole 3a of a disk hub B3 is softly pressed in an outer periphery of the bearing 1, the inner diameter 3d of the lower recessed hole of the hub B3 is fitted at a sufficient clearance with an outer diameter of a small diameter cylindrical part 2a of the hub A2, the adhesive 4 is pushed down along an outer wall of the bearing 1 on a recessed surface 3c, and is housed in the space C, and is not extruded to an upper end surface 1b. The hub B3 is covered in the hub A2, and air closed between them is released to outside air by passing a fitting clearance between both members and a groove part.

Only the music number is displayed at the display part of the unit 4 and a musical performance reservation wait state for the music is entered. When a reservation is made, the unit 4 sends music data corresponding to the music and the customer code of the card 5 to a driver 2. The driver 2 sends the customer code to a host computer 1 to retrieve the customer name and also send the music data to a musical performance equipment body to reserve the music.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device of such a structure that the accuracy of a clearance in a thrust bearing part can be provided in a mass-production.
      SOLUTION: In this dynamic pressure bearing device, a bearing sleeve having an outer peripheral surface and a cylindrical inner peripheral surface 11 and a thrust place opposed surface 12 and a holding surface 13 is fitted to a shaft body 1 having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 2 rotatably relative to each other, a thrust plate 20 is mounted on a part of the shaft body 1, and a thrust clearance is formed by a thrust receiving plate 25. The thrust plate opposed surface 12 of the bearing sleeve 10 is disposed oppositely to the sleeve opposed surface 21 of the thrust plate 20, and the bearing surface 26 of the thrust receiving plate 25 is disposed oppositely to the receiving plate opposed surface of the thrust plate 20. At least one of the thrust plate opposed surface 12 of the bearing sleeve 10, the bearing surface 26 of the thrust receiving plate 25, or the sleeve opposed surface 21 and the receiving plate opposed surface 22 of the thrust plate 20 is surface-finished by grinding or polishing.
