    • PURPOSE: To spot accurately a fault point by connecting a power-transmission fault detector installed on a steel tower to an optical fiber fault locator through an optical fiber, and monitoring remotely its operation state.
      CONSTITUTION: The power-transmission line fault detector 22 consists of an optical fiber breaker 31 and a power-transmission line fault detection part. If a fault occurs to a power-transmission line 1, the power-transmission line fault detection part 32 of the power-transmission line fault detedtor 22 installed on each steel tower which is closest to the fault point operates and the optical fiber breaker 31 operates associatively to disconnect the optical path of the optical fiber 32 combined with an overhead earth wire. Every power-transmission line fault detector 22 is monitored by the optical fiber fault locator 24 through the optical fiber 23, so the position of the fault point is spotted accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To simply perform the detection of number of people by combining the weight measuring section, signal converter, and division circuit and the like. CONSTITUTION:The measuring floor 7 is provided by cutting a part of the floor 6 in front of the getting in and out door 5 of an elevator, the thruster set 8 and hydraulic unit 9 are provided under it, and the hydraulic unit 9 is sequentially provided with the pressure converter 10, amplifier 12, division circuit 13, and computer 14. Thus, when people is on the measuring floor 7, the floor 7 is lowered with the weight. The operation of the lower limit switch starts the hydraulic unit 9. When the measuring floor 7 reaches a given position and the upper limit switch is activated, the pressure increase is stopped. The pressure converter delivers the analog signal corresponding to the weight. After the division with the signal value corresponding to average weight per one person is made at the division circuit 13, the result is inputted to the computer 14 to perform a given display.

A single synchronous unit 111 is provided, which corrects the overall amount of delay due to the respective station units 121 to 136. Further, the station units 121 to 136 are constituted that each performs required information processing to the received information to each station addressed, and the synchronous unit 111 is constituted to perform automatic correction for frame synchronism to the overall amount of the delay time in the station units 121 to 136.
