Moreover, a side jet hole 13 for generating a whirl in the washing tank 1 is connected to the bottom part of the washing tank 1 with an ejector 15 and a slurry pipeline 14. Moreover, the bottom part of the washing tank 1 is connected to the side jet hole 13 with an ejector pipeline 16. Then, the solid particles herein used are 1.0-4.0 in specific weight, 0.5-5.0mm in particle size.

A side wall nozzle hole 13 is provided in the portion of the side wall slightly below the level of liquid in the washing vessel 1 and is connected to the washing vessel 1 via a slurry pipe 14 and an ejector 15 to circulate and eject the slurry. The specific gravity of the ceramic particles 2 is 1.0 or more.
