摘要： PURPOSE:To realize optimum vibration prevention all the time irrespective of a change in temperature or a change of fluid with the lapse of hours by connecting an additional mass to a pipe via a spring and an air damper, and disposing in the air damper an orifice for restricting air from flowing into or from a variable capacity air chamber. CONSTITUTION:A frame 3 is fixed to a pipe 1 via a clamp 2. An additional mass 6 is suspended on the frame 3 through a tension coil spring 4. An air damper 5 is disposed coaxially with and inside the tension coil spring 4. In the air damper 5, a rubber bellows 9 is interposed between an upper and a lower supporter 7, 8 connected to the frame 3 and the additional mass 6, respectively. Intermediate rings 10 for reinforcing are fitted to required portions of the rubber bellows 9. An opening 11 is formed in the center of the lower supporter 8, and an orifice 12 disposed in the additional mass 6 via the opening 11 is communicated with the inner chamber of the rubber bellows 9. Consequently, vertical vibration of the pipe 1 can be prevented by utilizing the principle of a known dynamic damper.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine pulsation characteristic in a tube accurately by applying impulse-like fluidity variations to measure a response in variations with time of pressure in an object to be identified. CONSTITUTION:Impulse-like changes in flow rate are caused in a piping by the injection of a compressed gas or the like at plurality of points Xj j=1-n) of a piping system 1. Here, as it is difficult to realize sufficiently ideal impulse- like flow rate changes, the injection of the compressed gas is performed with a known flow rate history or measuring the flow rate history to obtain a data necessary for a fast Fourier transform(FFT) analysis. Pressure changes eventually caused at a plurality of parts Xk (k=1-n) in the piping are detected and is given as input data of an FFT analyzer 2 together with data of impulse-like flow rate changes. Thus, a transmission function is determined equivalent to that which would be given when vibration is performed with respect to all frequencies equally, simply by applying an impulse-like flow rate change to the object to be identified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To exactly grasp pipe inside pulse characteristics with a gs reservoir of a specified volume, a pressurizing gas introduction means, a valve means for discharging gas in form of an impulse and a means for finding a gas flow history. Thereby, a stem 7 is lifted and a discharge valve 6 is opened. When the claw 10 is separated from the lever 11, the stem 7 quickly closes the valve 6 by force of the spring 9. As a result, since pressure of the gas reservoir 1 is lowered stepwise from the initial pressure to the pressure after release, a rate of pressure change in which it is differentially processed and gotten is in the form of a pulse. This signal has direct correlation with the flow discharged from the discharge opening 5, this is symbol-inverted, specified factor multiplication processing is performed and an impulse flow of gas which is allowed to flow in the discharge opening 5 can be found.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance to exhaust-gas flow and to reduce low-frequency noises, by forming a tank at an intermediate portion of an exhaust pipe, and charging a resistor to the sound wave in a branch pipe opened in the exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:A silencer 20 has a tank 22 into which exhaust gas is introduced from an exhaust pipe 21 and a branch pipe 24 disposed in the vicinity of the tank 22 to extend from a downstream-side exhaust pipe 23. One end of the branch pipe 24 is opened in the downstream-side exhaust pipe 23 while the other end of the branch pipe 24 is closed. A resistor 25 to the sound wave (for instance, a porous material, many orifices or fiber) is charged uniformly in the branch pipe 24. In the above arrangement, it is preferable that the length of the branch pipe 24 is equal to or longer than 1/4 of the wave length of the exhaust noises to be silenced.
