    • PURPOSE: To obtain the titled precursor capable of giving exceptionally high adherability to glass or silicon wafer, also capable of affording coating film of both high hardness and strength after calcination, by the reaction between tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, siliconediamine and aminosilicon compound in a constant proportion.
