摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a cleaner which removes stains such as efflorescence, iron rust and oil from concrete products efficiently and safely by blending phosphonic acid or a salt thereof, an organic acid, a surfactant, an organic solvent and water. CONSTITUTION:This cleaner contains pref. 5 to 25wt.% of (a) phosphonic acid and/or a deriv. thereof, pref. 5 to 15wt.% of (b) an organic acid, pref. 5 to 15wt.% of (c) a surfactant, pref. 15 to 25wt.% of (d) an organic solvent and pref. 30 to 50wt.% of (e) water. Preferred components (a) are 1-hydroxy- ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid and a salt thereof. Preferred components (b) are those having a carboxyl group. A preferred components (c) is a trioxyethylene alkyl ether with an 8-18C alkyl group. The component (d) includes those capable of dissolving stains such as oil and silicone oil.
