    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply regenerate and produce a high-quality coarse aggregate slight in attached cement paste, by grinding a concrete waste into a specific size, classifying the ground particles, recovering a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate having specific particle diameters, respectively, abrading particles having particle diameters smaller than a specific particle diameter, redispersing the particles, screening particles having a specific particle diameter or larger than it by specific gravity and recovering particles having a prescribed specific gravity as the fine aggregate. SOLUTION: A concrete waste is ground into particles in the size of about 0.8-1.2 times as much as the maximum diameter of the aggregate contained in the waste by using, for example, a jaw crusher. The crushed material is classified, for example, by a vibrating screen and particles having >=5 mm particle diameter are recovered as a coarse aggregate and particles having 0.6 mm to =.15 mm particle diameter are selected by gravity by using a gravity classifier preferably set in a settling chamber and particles having >=2.3 specific gravity are recovered as the fine aggregate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a large amt. of spent concrete fine powder without lowering the strength as a low-heat hydraulic material by using a spent concrete fine powder and a blast-furnace slag fine powder as the main components of the material, incorporating a cement fine powder and/or gypsum into the material to constitute the hydraulic material and specifying the fineness of the material. SOLUTION: The spent concrete fine powder obtained by processing a fine grain generated when spent concrete is regenerated and with the fineness controlled preferably to >=5000cm /g Blaine value and the blast-furnace slag fine powder with the fineness adjusted favorably to >=10000cm /g Blaine value are used as the main components of the material, and cement fine powder and/or gypsum are incorporated into the material to constitute a hydraulic material. In this case, the fineness of the hydraulic material is controlled to >=8500cm /g Blaine value. Further, 60-80wt.% spent concrete fine powder, 14-38% blast- furnace slag fine powder, 1-12% cement fine powder or 2-6% gypsum, expressed in terms of anhydrous gypsum, are preferably incorporated into the material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate free from the admixture of cement paste particles, sight in attached cement paste, simply regenerate and produce a high-quality coarse aggregate slight in attached cement paste, by grinding a concrete waste into a specific size, classifying the ground particles, recovering particles having specific particle diameters as a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate, respectively, classifying particles having particle diameters smaller than a specific particle diameter by using a centrifugal air classifier and recovering particles having a prescribed specific gravity as the fine aggregate. SOLUTION: A concrete waste is ground into particles in the size of about 0.8-1.2 times as much as the maximum diameter of the aggregate contained in the waste by using, for example, a jaw crusher. The crushed material is classified, for example, by a vibrating screen, particles having >=5 mm particle diameter are recovered as a coarse aggregate and particles having 0.6 mm to =0.15 mm particle diameter are recovered as the fine aggregate. A cement paste material attached to the aggregate can be released by using the centrifugal air classifier.
