    • PURPOSE:To improve thermal resistance and chemical resistance of a conveyer belt by respectively providing a recessed part and a protruded part for engagement on edge parts in the front and the rear directions of a ceramic simple substance so that the ceramic simple substance can be engaged from its front of the plate surface or its rear, and by devising it possible to connect the ceramic simple substance with another by way of engagement of the recessed part and the protruded part. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic simple substance 1 is formed in a specified shape of alumina and others. Then, a protruded part 2 is protrusively provided on one of the edge parts of the simple substance 1 in the front and the rear directions and a pin hole 3 is provided. On the other edge, a recessed part 4 to which the protruded part 2 can be engaged is formed, and a hole 5 and a blind hole 6 are formed on both sides of the recessed part 4. Two of these ceramic simple substances 1 are connected to each other with a pin 7 by engaging the protruded part 2 and the recessed part 4 to each other so that they orthogonally match to each other as the hole 3 of the protruded part 2 of one of the simple substances 1 fits to the hole 5 of the recessed part 4 of the other. Thereafter, one of the simple substances 1 is positioned in the blind hole 6 of the other simple substance 1, turned by 90 deg. and made flat. This work is repeated sequentially and the simple substances 1 are connected and a conveyor belt is formed.
