    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good image with low noise even when each member is closely-packed and reciprocal spaces come close. SOLUTION: A metallic casing 21 is partitioned into two divisions 23 and 24 with a partition 22, a base 25 is fixed in the partition 23, and an X-ray image detection panel 26 is provided on the base 25. A supply circuit part 30 for supplying electric power to a circuit part in the division 23 is built in the division 24. The casing 21 has the partition 22 in the same way, and is covered with a metallic lid 33 which has X-ray permeability at least on the division 23. The supply circuit part 30 and the circuit part of other sections are isolated by the partitions 22 and 32 provided in the casing 21 and the lid 33. Thereby, an electromagnetic shielding effect can be given, and the circuit part in the division 23 picks up electromagnetic noise generated from the supply circuit part 30 to prevent the lowering of S/N performance.

A focus error signal is also corrected by applying the correction signal to the focus control loop.
