    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwed type pipe joint capable of connecting a metal pipe at its end to a joint body with easy operation of simply screwing it thereinto while actualizing improved air/water-tight sealing performance. SOLUTION: An anticorrosive coat 6 is formed on the outer face of the metal joint body 1, and a sleeve portion 7 from which the anticorrosive coat 6 is protruded is provided on the outer face of a socket portion 4 of the joint body 1. A male screw 9 at the end of the metal pipe 2 having an anticorrosive coat 8 formed on the outer face is fastened into a female screw 5 provided at the inner corner of the socket portion 4 via an annular packing 3. The annular packing 3 consists of a first seal ring portion 3a which is compressedly fitted into a gap between the metal face of an exposed site 2a on the outer periphery of the end of the metal pipe 2 where the anticorrosive coat 8 is peeled and on the base end side of the male screw 9 where the male screw 9 is not cut, and the metal face on the inner periphery of the socket portion 4 for sealing the gap in an air tight manner, and a second seal ring portion 3b formed integrally with the first seal ring portion 3a for sealing a space between the outer periphery of the anticorrosive coat 8 at the end of the metal pipe 2 and the inner periphery of the sleeve portion 7 in a water tight manner.
