A part of the paper delivery area S1 positioned in the casing 20 can be seen from the outside of the casing 20, and at least one of the light sources 32a-32d irradiates a part of the paper delivery area S1 positioned in the casing 20 with the light in the state of closing the scanner part 14, and irradiates at least the carriage area S2 with the light in the state of opening the scanner part 14.
