In addition, when viewed in the radial direction of the sector mold, the bulged part 14b assumes such a shape that it is configured of a mold pin which is elliptic in such a way that the diameter (a) is greater than the radius r of the cylindrical part and the major axis is directed in parallel with the width direction of the sector mold.
