      SOLUTION: This polymer composition is obtained by mixing based on (A) 100 pts.mass PET, (B) 25-55 pts.mass polyolefin-based resin, (C) 2-80 pts.mass block co-polymer having a block consisting of at least one vinyl aromatic compound polymer and a block consisting of at least one conjugated diene compound polymer, and (D) 1-50 pts.mass graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing an epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer with a vinyl-based (co)polymer. By the polymer composition making the blended amount of the polyolefin-based resin as larger, its extension fluidity at a high temperature is decreased and even the sheet having a large thickness can be formed by the extrusion molding stably. The obtained sheet exhibits a ductile property, and it is excellent in physical properties such as impact resistance, durability, etc., and also excellent in secondary processing properties such as a vacuum forming, etc., and useful for various uses.
