    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a known heat exchanging device to simplify its manufacturing and assembling from a conventional technique in one aspect, and improving efficiency in heat exchange by improving distribution of a second medium circulated along the circumference of cassettes in the other aspect. SOLUTION: This heat exchanging device 2 has one housing 1, and a plurality of cassettes 16 disposed in the housing 1, having a plurality of channels 17, and composed of aluminum extrusion molding material. A first medium 27 runs through the channels 17, and the second medium 6 is circulated along the circumference of the channels 17. The cassettes 16 are disposed in a plurality of rows R. The plurality of cassettes 16 forming one flow channel 20 repeatedly curved in the S-shape for the second medium 6, are kept into contact with one housing wall 12, 13 at one first longitudinal face 15, and alternately disposed at intervals at front parts of the housing walls 13, 12 opposed to the other second longitudinal face 19.
