摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine air compressor vane surface crack detection method and a device which can detect a fine crack from a bottom part of a corrosion pit.
SOLUTION: An array-type corrosion probe 10 for vane surface detection and a flaw detection device 30 which changes respective oscillation timing of a plurality of oscillator elements constituting the array-type corrosion probe 10 are provided. The result detected from the corrosion probe 10 is displayed on a CRT 50, in two-dimensional time and scan position, in which the focal point is scanned at the same incident angle. The array-type corrosion probe 10 is electrically operated so that the focal point of an oscillated ultrasonic wave is formed on the vane surface of a part to be inspected. The scanning flaw detection is performed so that the focal point is in the array-type corrosion probe and along the vane surface, at the same incident angle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device in which a reduction in heating surface areas of a heat transfer tube, a decrease in the cost of equipment, a decrease of a house power, and an improvement in a plant efficiency can be achieved. SOLUTION: In an exhaust heat recovery device, a low pressure economizer 3 arranged in an exhaust gas passage in which exhaust gas passes through and a heat transfer tube group of a low pressure evaporator 7 are replaceably attached. Since a corrosion phenomenon of the heat transfer tube due to elapsing can be expected by operation time of the exhaust heat recovery device, by replacing the heat transfer tube that is deemed to have a progressed corrosion to a new article, making use of a periodic inspection time or the like, before leakage of feedwater from the heat transfer tube, a continuous operation of the exhaust heat recovery device is enabled. Since a re-circulation pump for maintaining the temperature of feedwater supplied to the low pressure economizer 3 and the low pressure evaporator 7 and an equipment for increasing the temperature of the feedwater such as a re-circulation piping are not installed, it is possible to decrease the equipment cost and the operation cost.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily remove ammonium sulfate compound, etc., deposited between fins by horizontally arranging cleaning water spray pipe at an upper part of vertical heat transfer tube group, scattering the cleaning water to form a liquid film flow flowing between the fins of the tubes with the fins. CONSTITUTION:A waste heat recovery system has a structure having a denitration catalyst layer for pouring ammonia in exhaust gas to reduce it to harmless nitrogen to support a plurality of heat transfer tube group 11 arranged vertically from upper and lower headers 1 and having tubes 2 and spiral fins 3, and cleaning water spray pipe 5 horizontally installed near a lower part of the upper header 1 of the group 11. Cleaning water is injected from a plurality of water washing sprays 6 to form a surface flow flowing down toward a gap between the fins 3 and 3 along the surfaces of the fins thereby to diffuse a liquid film of the water to the entire peripheries of the fins 3, thereby dissolving to remove deposits such as ammonium sulfate compound, dusts between the fins 3.
