摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gasify biomass at an optimal efficiency by supplying biomass and a fossil fuel into the same gasification oven from different sites, adding a suitable amt. of an oxidizing agent to each of the raw materials to form respective gasification flames, and mixing both the flames by using a gas flow. SOLUTION: Biomass 1 and a fossil fuel 2 are supplied to a gasification oven 30 from different sites. A specified amt. of an oxidizing agent (e.g. oxygen) 3 is added to each raw material and gasification flames (zone I is a temp. zone mainly governed by biomass flame; and zone II is a temp. zone governed by a fossil fuel) of both the raw materials are formed. Then, both the flames are mixed by using the flow of a gas, thus forming a mixture zone I of both the flames. The amt. of the oxidizing agent added is controlled so that the gasification flame of the fossil fuel has a temp. higher than the melting points of ash contained in the fossil fuel and ash contained in biomass and so that the mixed flame has a temp. at which a 2C or higher hydrocarbon gas is not formed in a product gas at the outlet port of the gasification oven.

摘要： PURPOSE: To conduct stable pneumatic transportation at a fixed volume of solid body containing coarse particles or block materials to a next high pressure process without using a mechanically operated means. CONSTITUTION: In a coarse particle separating type feeding unit, a cylindrical coarse particle separating pipe 27" is installed under an outlet of a feeder 27', and coarse particle separating gas (producer gas or inert gas) is horizontally fed from a side wall of the coarse particle separating pipe 27". When a gas flow velocity in the coarse particle separating pipe 27" is set not higher than a terminal velocity of a particle to be recovered, the particle of several mm or larger in diameter is dropped in the coarse particle separating pipe 27", while the particle having a velocity higher than the terminal velocity is conveyed by gas flow to flow into a raw material discharge pipe installed on a side wall of the feeder outlet, and pulverized coal, char or the like are fed to a high pressure furnace or the like. A differential pressure monitoring device is provided for monitoring a differential pressure between the feeder 27' and the coarse particle separating pipe 27", a differential pressure between the feeder 27' and the raw material discharge pipe, and a differential pressure between the coarse particle separating pipe 27" and the coarse particle recovering unit, and whether or not coarse particle recovering and fine particle discharging are stabilized is grasped based on a varying state of each differential pressure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method of coal gasification capable of quickly controlling the gasifying conditions and maintaining the optimal gasifying conditions, by feeding a coal and a gasifier into a furnace kept at a high temperature and controlling the amount of the gasifier to be fed according to the concentration ratio of the formed gas component. CONSTITUTION:Pulverized coal and a gasifier is fed into the gasifying chamber in the body of a gasifying furnace 10 from feeding pipes 18, 20 through a pulver ized coal feeder 44 and a flow controlling valve 50 which have been controlled with a controller 52. the formed gas is passed through a leading pipe 30, a dust collector 32 and a desulfurizer 34 to obtain a refined gas 38. The concentra tion ratio of the formed gas is determined with a gas analyzer 36. The results are input into the controller 52. When the absolute value of the difference be tween the concentration ratio which has been obtained lately and that obtained in the last determination is larger than a predetermined value, the valve 50 is controlled so as to decrease the amount of the gasifier, while when the abso lute value is smaller than the predetermined value, the amount of the gasifier is increased.

CONSTITUTION:The residue of desulfurizing agent is pulled out together with the coal producing gas from a gasification furnace 11 and the residue is separated by a dedusting apparatus 41 and ground by a grinder 51 and oxidized by an oxidizer 61. Since the residue of the desulfurizing agent is oxidized after grinding, the residue can also be reacted even in the interior of the particles and be prevented from being left in a unconverted state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a spouted bed gasification furnace stably operable over a long period and capable of remarkably prolonging a single operation life or operation period. CONSTITUTION:Coal is reacted with a gasifying agent such as oxygen at a high temperature, the gasified component is discharged through an exhaustion port 2 and coal ash is dropped through a slag tap 3 into a slag cooling chamber 6 as molten slag. In a coal gasification furnace having the above operation procedure, a part or total of the members used at a part exposed to the atmosphere in the gasification chamber, e.g. a slag tap member 3 or the protection tube 5a of an optionally arranged thermocouple 5 are essentially formed with Ir or coated with Ir. An Ir alloy may be used provided that the alloy is durable to the temperature in the furnace.

When the detected differential pressure is raised above a certain set value, an automatic control mechanism 22 is operated to send signals 15 to a pneumatic operating section 21 and a high speed gas-controlling valve 16, thereby operating a deposit-removing bar to remove the deposits while blowing out a high speed gas such as nitrogen gas from a high speed gas-blowing opening 19.
