    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent splashes of ink from infiltrating into an inkjet head.
      SOLUTION: The upper face of a channel unit 140 which includes a number of individual channels from a pressure room to a nozzle is fitted with an actuator unit 120 and two heat sinks 150 are erected upright. A head cover 110 clamps the channel unit 140 with the heat sinks 150. The heat sinks 150 oppose the inner wall face of a side wall 112 of the head cover 110 to form a gap along a boundary line between the heat sinks 150 and the side wall 112 with a cutout 110b formed on the inner wall face. A potting agent 156 applied along the boundary line is filled into the gap by a capillary phenomenon.

      SOLUTION: A resin filter part 70 and a metallic ink distribution part 80 are connected using a stepped screw 91. The stepped screw 91 includes a head part 91a, a cylinder part 91b, and a male screw part 91c. A through hole 70d into which a recessed part 70a in which the head part 91a of the stepped screw 91 is disposed, and the cylinder part 91b are inserted is formed in the filter part 70. Male screw holes 85a and 85b in which the male screw part 91c of the stepped screw 91 is screwed are formed in the ink distribution part 80. In a region opposed to the heat part 91a on a bottom surface of the recessed part 70a, a projection part 70b abutting on the head part 91a and a separated part 70c separated from the head part 91a are provided. Upon screw-fastening, the projection part 70b is deformed by pressing force, and the filter part 70 and the ink distribution part 80 are strongly fixed to each other.
