摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the deaeration in the deaeration and pressing step in the manufacture of a laminated glass, by attaching an air-permeable material only to the circumferential parts of two glass plates, sealing the glass plates, and attaching a deaeration port to a part of the sealing material. CONSTITUTION:An interlayer 2 is interposed between a pair of glass plates 1, and an air-permeable material 3 is attached only to the circumferential part of the glass plates 1. The plates are sealed with a sealing material 4, and a deaeration port 5 is attached to a part of the sealing material. The air-permeable material 3 is e.g. nonwoven fabric, lawn, metallic mesh, etc. The deaeration can be carried out easily by pressing the glass plates under heating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the transparency and physical properties of a laminated glass, by mixing a photosensitizer with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, integrating two panes of glass with the resultant mixture placed therebetween, melting the resin under heating, and curing the resin under irradiation with light. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitizer in an adequate amount is mixed with ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer to form a photosetting resin composition. The resultant resin composition is then sheeted and placed between two panes of glass by an extruder, calender, etc., and air present in the gap between the panes of the glass and the intermediate layer is expelled by heating under reduced pressure or hot-pressing. The intermediate layer is then closely adhered to the panes of the glass uniformly and integrated. The resultant laminated glass is then heated to the melting point of the intermediate resin layer or above and irradiated with light to cure the resin. The intermediate layer of the resultant laminated glass is the curable resin, and the formation of air bubbles and the slippage of the glass will not be caused by heat, etc.

CONSTITUTION:Two-liquid catalyst hardening type polyurethane resin consisting of polyfunctional fatty isocyanate and polyestr containing hydroxyl radical, content ranges over 4.3-6.0wt%, is covered with clear paint component produced by adding 0.5-10wt% polymer containing fluorine, which has perfluor alkyl raidcal as a side chanin. The clear paint component completes its hardening reaction within 24hr. at normal temp or temp not exceeding 40 deg.C by the addition of catalyst (For example, zinc octyl acid). It is preferable that the quantity of catalyst added is 0.1-0.3wt% to a paint resin portion. Adding catalyst beforehand to the polyester solution side containing hydroxyl radical will be avaiable in points of preservation for a long term and stability.

CONSTITUTION:The objective interlayer can be manufactured by coating (A) a sheet of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) having a VA-content of about 10-50wt%, preferably about 15-40wt% with (B) a solution obtained by dissolving an organic peroxide such as methyl ethyl peroxide, etc. and a silane coupling agent such as gamma-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane, etc. in an organic solvent such as toluene or a plasticizer such as paraffin oil, and evaporating the organic solvent or the platicizer. The amounts of the organic peroxide and the silane coupling agent are about 1-100wt% and about 0.1-5wt% of the solvent, etc., respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out the heat-treatment in the preliminary pressing of a pair of glass plates interposed with an interlayer, continuously, in high efficiency, by using far infrared rays having specific wavelength. CONSTITUTION:An interlayer composed mainly of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is interposed between a pair of glass plates. Air bubbles existing between the glass plate and the interlayer are expelled, and the glass plates and the interlayer are integrated with each other to complete the preliminary pressing process. The above process is carried out under irradiation with far infrared rays having a main wavelength range of 2-50mu. The preliminarily integrated glass plates are pressed under high temperature and pressure to complete the bonding and obtain the objective laminated glass.

CONSTITUTION:The intermediate layer C made up of fusible polymer composite material mixed with electroconductive carbon black is laid between the welding bodies A, B and electric voltage is applied from power source P to electrod D brought into contact with both ends of the intermediate layer to electrify the intermediate layer. After the temperature of the intermediate layer is raised by self- heating up to the temperature necessary for welding, required pressure is given between the welding bodies A, B to weld them under pressure, the power source is suspended to cool the intermediate layer and the welding bodies are welded by heat. Thus, welding bodies can be fused and welded by heat through a simple device only for bringing the electrodes into contact with both ends of the intermediate layer between the welding bodies and electrifying the electrodes.
