摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unconditionally discriminate an erroneous state by connecting a second circuit with a first circuit in parallel, and detecting the short circuit state of a connecting point and an earth and the intercepted state of the connecting point and feed voltage. SOLUTION: A first digital circuit 11 is connected with a second analog circuit 12 in parallel. The first circuit 11 discriminates between high potential and low potential of a connecting point 6, and the second circuit 12 discriminates high potential, average potential, and low potential from each other. Hereat, for example when a switch 2 is closed and short-circuited to feed voltage 5 by trouble of a load 3, the first circuit 11 detects high potential of the connecting point 6, and a microprocessor 14 detects the short circuit state of the connecting point 6 with the feed voltage 5. However, when the first circuit 11 detects low potential, the microprocessor 14 can not unconditionally discriminate the erroneous state, and discriminates whether the use of the result of the second circuit 12 is required or not. When the second circuit 12 detects low potential, the connecting point 6 and an earth 4 are detected to be in the short circuit state, and when it detects average potential, the connecting point 6 and the feed voltage 5 are detected to be in the intercepted state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve check precision remarkably at the time of performing self-diagnosis of a current adjusting stage by making a current decided by an on-off ratio flow to a load, comparing quantity derived from the on-off ratio with a prescribed target value and detecting an error when deviation exists according to the comparison result. SOLUTION: A microcontroller 110 supplies a target value I1 to a current adjusting device 140 on a 1st current adjusting stage 100 and the device 140 measuring a real value of current flowing through a load L based on the voltage drop of measurement resistance R of a load circuit 120. The device 140 decides a control signal that is supplied to a switching means S based on the comparison of the actual value with the value I1. That is, corresponding current is caused to flow to the load L in dependence upon an on-off ratio n1 that is supplied to the means S, the ratio of the value I1 to the output on-off ratio n1 is compared with a prescribed comparison value in order to monitor the stage 100 and when deviation more than allowable range as the comparison result exists, an error is detected.
