    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cladding by welding so that a base material side is not melted though a TIG arc having a high current is used for performing overlay welding with high efficiency. SOLUTION: This is a device for cladding by welding, which performs the cladding by welding of an adding wire 10 sent from a wire torch to a base material 13 by using a TIG torch 2 and the wire torch 3. A TIG arc having an arc current of 300 A or over is generated by the TIG torch. For the tungsten electrode 4 of the TIG torch, the tip of the electrode is oscillated and moved with amplitude of 10 mm or over and a frequency of 10 Hz or over, and the TIG arc performing the cladding by welding is used by adding the above adding wire 10 having a melting point lower than that of the base material. An arc current is caused to flow to the extent that the surface of the base material is hardly melted or the moving speed of the tungsten electrode must be set to the same extent. By controlling the quantity of the arc current synchronously with the oscillating phase of the electrode to the surface of the base material, the surface of the base material is almost uniformly heated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a welding head, to reduce the man-hour, to reduce defective welding, and to achieve the stable welding or the like by combining a guide ring with a U-shaped part and a half-moon part, and providing a U-shaped rotary part. SOLUTION: A torch turning gear 6 is turned so that the position in the rotational direction of a rotary part 5 is matched with the position of a guide ring 3. An arm turning gear 9 is turned so as to be slightly moved outside. A guide ring 4 is opened, and placed into a stub 2 from the opening direction. The guide ring 4 is closed, tightened to the guide ring 3 by bolts, and a welding head 100 is fixed to the stub 2. A torch 14 is positioned by the torch turning gear 6, the arm turning gear 9, and a torch elevating/lowering mechanism. The wire is fed by a wire feeding roller 10, and because the shape of conduit liners 12, 13 is unchanged during one turn of the torch 14, the wire can be fed stably, and surely fed into the molten pool.

If the roller 4 exists upper than the axial line, the permanent set of upward bending is imparted to the wire 8 and the front end thereof is capable of aiming the angle part of the front surface of the groove 10. Since the continuous lamination of even an I type groove 10 is possible, the automatic welding is efficiently executable.

The wire 3 is bent and deformed along the guide rollers 25 and 26 by an inlet side wire guide 21a, the guide rollers 25 and 26 and an outlet side wire guide 21b. A recessed groove 30 having size to conform to the diameter of the wire 3 is provided on the opposed face of the guide rollers 25 and 26 and the wire 3 is guided thereto. Consequently, the accurate and stable wire supply is made possible and reliability is improved.

      CONSTITUTION: A pipe body is supplied from a stocker 1 to form its edge by an edge preparation machine 2 and is stored in a multi-rack vertically storing stocker 3 in a pipe body working section A. Next, the pipe body is bent by a numerical control bender 4. In a working pipe arranging section B, the pipe sent by conveyors 5a, 5b is arranged so as to form a coil on a conveyor 6 by an assembling robot 7. The pipe arranged for coil is transferred to a panel manufacturing section E through a welding section C and an inspection section D, and is formed into a product by attaching a supporting fixture to it. Because all of the processes are controlled by the storage and command signals outputted from the central control unit the manufacture is automated and the product quality is made uniform.
