    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated house with a piloti section suitable for a detached house, which gives consideration to the prevention of a deterioration in designability suited to the detached house.
      SOLUTION: In this separation structure for a piloti 60 of the base-isolated house, a separation section 31 of the piloti 60 is formed between a piloti deck 53 and a foundation 3; the piloti deck 53 is formed by providing a concrete layer 53a and a mortar layer 53b on a deck plate 54 and applying tiling 53c onto its surface. A base side of the deck 53 is supported on the sill beam of a house body and its outside section is supported by a supporting beam 52. A piloti column 50 is arranged at the corner of the deck 53, and fastened to a top surface of the supporting beam 52. The separation section 31 is constituted between an undersurface of the supporting beam 52 and a water sealing plate 5 which is protruded on the top surface of the foundation 3 arranged in a position below the supporting beam 52. The water sealing plate 5 prevents a lower section of the piloti 60 from being inundated with water.

An abutting force of an abutting nut 46 on the engaging part 36 is exerted as a jack up force to the mass fitting 20 via the stopper bolt 32 by fastening the abutting nut 46 screwed with the stopper bolt 32 while butting the abutting nut 46 on the engaging part 36.
