    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhung door supporting device capable of being easily attached and removed to and from an opening of an overhung door such as a folding door by applying a simple structure.SOLUTION: An overhung door supporting device 10 comprises: hanging pulleys 11 running along a rail installed on an upper part of an opening; a holding section 13 installed on an upper part of an overhung door 12 supported by the opening in an openable and closable manner, the holding section having an engaging groove for introducing from one side of a horizontal direction a large diameter part formed at the lower end of a hanging shaft 11a drooping from the hanging pulleys; and a locking section 14 installed in the engaging groove in a vertically movable manner and urged upward by an elastic part 15, for locking the large diameter part in a state that it is introduced in the engaging groove. The holding section and the locking section respectively include an engaging mechanism 16 for engaging each other at a retreated position that the locking section is retreated downward out of the engaging groove to unlock the large diameter part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner structure for a sliding door in which the sliding door is moved slowly, namely, the sliding door is temporarily stopped at any arbitrary opening position just for a predetermined time.SOLUTION: The runner structure for the sliding door comprises a unit member 30 including two regulation rollers 33b, 33c which are supported by a base member 33 in a rotatable manner, and a free roller 40 which is held between a gear member 32 and the base member 33 and rolled between the regulation rollers 33b, 33c. The unit member 30 includes a tapered portion in which a portion closer to the regulation roller 33c is made more proximate to the gear member 32 than a portion closer to the regulation roller 33b. When opening the sliding door, the gear member 32 is rotated in an opening direction by a rack member, the free roller 40 rides on the opening-side regulation roller 33b and idles. When stopping opening the sliding door, the gear member 32 is rotated in a closing direction by first energizing means, and the free roller 40 rides on the closing-side regulation roller 33b between the gear member 32 and the base member 33 and idles.
