SOLUTION: This folding chair is equipped with a seat board 2 to receive the hip part of a sitting person, the front board 3 to support the front side of the seat board 2 when used and to be positioned in front of the folded seat board 2 when not used, and a link member 4 to be drawably and foldably connected to the seat board 2 and the front board 3 to support the seat board 2 and the front board 3 to an attaching face 13. The link member 4 is assembled for completion with an attaching bracket 41 to abut on and to be attached to the lower face 22 of the seat board 2, the rear face 33 of the front board 3, and the attaching face 13 respectively.

A storage recess 14, which is opened on an upside and a door end side, is formed at a leading-end corner portion on the door end side of the sliding door 3, so that a main body case 13 of the closer 11, can be housed in the storage recess 14. A sash roller storage portion 20, which is opened on the upside and the door end side, is formed in the main body case 13, so that a supporting member 30 of the sash roller 32 can be housed in the sash roller storage portion 20. The main body case 13 and the supporting member 30 of the sash roller 32 on the door closing side are each attached in such a manner as to be detachable from the door end side.
