摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a water treatment method which can realize an improved throughput capacity and prolongation of the service life of an adsorbent by using the adsorbent uniformly. SOLUTION: In the water treatment method, contaminated water is passed into a septic tank containing an adsorbent to remove contaminants contained in the contaminated water by adsorption. The water treatment method comprises the evacuation step S1 that lowers the pressure within the septic tank, the water injection step S2 that injects contaminated water into the septic tank of which the internal pressure is low, the adsorption step S3 that allows the contaminated water injected into the septic tank to stay in the septic tank for a predetermined period of time in such a state that the contaminated water is in contact with the adsorbent, and the water discharge step S4 that discharges the contaminated water stored in the septic tank. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the period of construction, reduce the construction cost and improve flow capability of a pipeline by forming many through holes in a lining material and fitting a valve opened at prescribed pressure in the through holes. SOLUTION: Through holes 6 formed in a lining material 1 are provided for letting infiltrated water 5 escape inside the lining material 1 through the through holes 6 by opening valves 4 mounted in the through holes 6 when a water stop of primary lining 3 is broken and external water pressure is applied to the lining material 1, thereby preventing buckling of the lining material 1. The through holes 6 are formed in the upper positions of the lining material 1. Thus, except a rainfall, a fluid flowing through a pipeline does not touch through hole forming parts, as the valve 4 fitted in the through holes 6, it is not necessary to use a valve having a complicated mechanism such as a check valve, opening of the valve 4 mounted in the through holes is not obstructed by pressure of a fluid flowing through the pipeline, and external water pressure applied to the lining material 1 can be released.

SOLUTION: The recycling system is constituted of a plurality of electrolyte tanks buried in contaminated soil existing in an underground water zone containing nitrate and/or nitrite nitrogen in a form of nitrate (nitrite) ions which electrolyte tanks are formed of a water-permeable wall through which the underground water can penetrate allowing nitrate (nitrite) ions contained in the underground water to move therethrough, a plurality of electrodes each submerged in the plurality of electrolyte tanks alternately forming an anode or a cathode one after another, a direct current power source that causes a direct current to flow through the plurality of electrodes to form an electric field in the contaminated soil and applies a voltage to the electrodes sufficient to attract nitrate (nitrite) ions to the anodes, an electrolyte circulation device that recovers the electrolyte when the concentration of nitrate (nitrite) ions in the electrolyte present in the electrolyte tanks wherein the anodes are submerged reaches a predetermined level and simultaneously replenishes the electrolyte afresh to the electrolyte tanks in an amount equal to the amount of the recovered electrolyte, and a fertilizer application device that can make use of the electrolyte of the predetermined nitrate (nitrite) ion concentration recovered by the electrolyte circulation device as the fertilizer.
