摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular fiber type shift inhibitor or a muscular amount recovery promoter inhibiting disuse muscular atrophy through inhibiting the shift from slow TypeI as a muscular fiber type as the phenomenon seen in slow muscle with muscular atrophy occurrence in particular to fast TypeII in disuse muscular atrophy and, at the same time, promoting the recovery of muscular amount in the recovery of muscule under atrophy. SOLUTION: The muscular fiber type shift inhibitor inhibiting disuse muscular atrophy or the muscular amount recovery promoter for the muscle under disuse atrophy comprises as active ingredient fruit-derived polyphenols effective for inhibiting the muscular fiber type shift from slow TypeI to fast TypeII and promoting the recovery of muscular amount in the recovery of muscle under disuse atrophy.
