    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical product produced by efficiently compounding two active substances comprising squalane and mastic by a new method based on new findings for getting remarkable anti-resistant bacteria effect that only insufficient development of efficacy and effect are attainable in the case of using or applying squalane and mastic resin liquid in separate state, especially a synergistically remarkable anti-resistant bacteria effect, which is several times higher than the effect acquired by single use of the component, is acquired by using or applying squalane and mastic in combination, and to provide a method for producing the product and its effective physiological activity. SOLUTION: The composition comprising an efficiently combined squalane and mastic, effective in the fields of medicine, health and prophylaxis, and contributing to a wide variety of infection control, especially control of resistant bacteria infection can be produced by using the composition for prevention of hospital infection and out-of-hospital infection which are socially, medically and pharmaceutically unsolved problems and for treatment and elimination of resistant bacteria.
